I just wanted to share this stunning card made with the FREE (with any $50 purchase from Stampin' Up) stamp set Heartfelt Blooms from the 2018 Sale a Brations Catalog.
A little bit of a story to go with this card. I am presently making and collecting cards January 27th - February 24th for our military stationed in remote area's (CARDS for SOLDIERS DRIVE) where it isn't possible to just go to a store and buy a card to send to a loved one back home. A friend was donating cards to me and one of the cards she gave was similar to this, I thought this Heartfelt blooms stamp set would be perfect for it. I just wanted to share an alternate card for this beautiful kit! Although, I love it as is, all 20 cards with decorated envelopes, 4 each of 5 different designs. If you like coloring there is lots of it in this kit. you can use the watercolor pencils that come with the kit (2 of them are exclusively sold in this kit, Flirty Flamingo and Lemon Lime Twist) or you could use the new Stampin Blends if you have those.

Today I wanted to share a January 2018 Paper Pumpkin Alternative to what was offered in the kit.
I think this months kit is lovely, 16 valentine/love you themed cards, with foil accents, velum, enamel dots and copper edged ribbon!
I was up in Starbucks yesterday with a friend, enjoying our time together as we do every Tuesday morning, drinking coffee, making cards etc and I played around with my Paper Pumpkin Kit and thought I would share.

Today I am sharing a simple Easy Valentine Card. I joined a card swap for the New 2018 Occasions Catalog with 12 other ladies, I received my awesome cards in the mail and just had to make one similar to Anita's (Thanks Anita and all the other ladies for all the beautiful creations and ideas)
I used the Painted with Love DSP and one of the lovely cards you can get for FREE from the Sale a Bration Catalog with a $50 purchase from Stampin' Up called Tutti Frutti Cards and Envelopes on page 14
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1 3/4" X 2 3/4" Painted with love DSP (your choice) X 2
1 3/4" X 2" Painted with Love DSP (Co ordinate with above) X 2
Calypso Coral Card and Matching Envelope from Tutti Frutti Cards and Envelopes
Sure do Love You Bundle (Stamps and Framelits)
Scrap piece of Calypso Coral Card Stock (Enough for both hearts)
Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad
Clear Block
Stampin Dimensionals
Fast Fuse or Tombow Liquid Glue
Scissors, Big Shot, Stampin Scrub, Stampin Mist
INSTRUCTIONS
Take one of the smallest pieces of DSP, apply fast fuse and put on the left top of card, now line up one of the larger pieces put fast fuse on back and attach to the bottom left leaving the same amount of border on the top, bottom and left of card. Now using fast fuse apply to the top right of the card the largest piece of DSP and to the bottom right attach the last smallest piece of DSP, leave the same amount of border on the top, bottom and right of card as on the left.
Stamp the large heart laurel on scrap of Calypso Coral Card Stock and cut out by hand. Apply with fast fuse to the center of your card.
Stamp the sentiment on a scrap of Calypso Coral Card Stock and run through your big shot with the heart framelit from the Sure do Love You Dies. Add 3 dimensionals to the back and center onto the heart laurel.
Easy right... Hope you enjoy playing with all the different DSP and make all sorts of different color combinations using co-ordinating colors from both the Painted with love DSP (Calypso Coral, Gold Foil, Melon Mambo, Powder Pink, Rich Razzleberry and Whisper white) and the Tutti Frutti Card set color combos of Basic Black, Calypso Coral, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party...WOW!!!! have fun!

A simple and pretty Best wishes card using products from the Petal Palette Suite in the NEW 2018 Occasions Catalog.
What you will need
8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Whisper White Card Stcock (Scored at 4 1/4")
4" X 5 1/4" Petal Passion DSP
2 3/4" X 4 1/4" So Saffron Card Stock
2 1/2" X 4 " Whisper White Card Stock
Petal Palette Stamp Sets
Light and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin Blends
Light and Dark Old Olive Stampin Blends
9" White Organza Ribbon
Soft Sky Ink Pad
Memento Black Ink Pad
Fast Fuse or Tombow Liquid Glue
Aqua Painter
Glue dot
Instructions
Take your Soft Sky ink pad squeeze a few times to get a little ink to dip your aqua painter in (watch how in the video below) . Squeeze a drop of water into pool of ink you now have on your lid, paint a light background onto the card stock. Set aside to dry.
Color your Petal Passion Designer Series Paper (DSP) with both Light and Dark Old Olive Stampin Blends. (You can add a little of the daffodil delight too if you want your leaves a spring green color).
Stamp the Best Wishes sentiment from Petal Palette with Memento Black ink onto the top of your now washed sky blue card stock. Stamp the roses. Color and blend with Stampin Blends.
Using adhesive of choice center DSP onto card base, center So Saffron card stock on top, then center the last layer with your roses on top.
Tie a little bow with the Whisper White Organza ribbon . Add to card.
A nice easy project today! This lovely little party favor/treat box can be swapped up and used for numerous celebrations, Birthday's, Valentines, Baby Shower, Wedding shower etc.
