Honey Bee Boxed Set of 6 Cards w/matching Envelopes-Use up those scraps!

In the tutorial video below I show you how you can make 6 gorgeous and EASY greeting cards with matching envelopes using up some of those scrap pieces we all seem to build up. Included in this video is the box instructions too. I used the beautiful Honey Bee foil Designer Series Paper that you can only get for FREE with a qualifying purchase until March 31, 2020 or while supplies last. 9-1/8" X 7-1/2" Mango Melody (Box Bottom)

8-1/2" X 5-1/2" Thick Whisper White

5" X  3/3/4" Basic Black

4-3/4" X 3-1/2" Whisper White

2" X  3" Designer Series Paper 

1-1/4" X 3-1/2" DSP (Contrasting with above)

2 each scraps 1/4" X 1-1/2" DSP (Contrasting with above)

2" X  2-1/2: Whisper White (for Hive)

2" X  2" Whisper White (Punch a 1-1/2" Circle)

2-1/2" X 2-1/2" Basic Black (Punch a 1-3/4" Circle)

1-1/2" X  3" Basic Black (Die Cut Detailed Bee)

2" X 2" Basic Black (Die cut hexagon shape then divide in two)

1-1/2" X 3" Mango Melody (Glue large bee, and fussy cut)

2" X  5-3/4" DSP (for envelope flap)

Beautiful Friendship Happy Birthday Cards

I know I say this all the time but here I go again. I LOVE this stamp set....Beautiful Friendship..WOW what gorgeous flowers, I needed a "Door Prize" gift for my open house and I cam across a boxed set by Sally Stamper on YouTube. I made mine to hold 8 cards with envelopes (the one Sally made held 4 reg cards, 4 - 3X3  cards and 4 tags). They are very pretty and make a nice gift.

Well, i'm getting off subject. There are more sample card ideas below.

You Paint My World with Happiness Boxed Set

Welcome to this month Blog Hop. We have such a talented group of demonstrators who are members of Stampers Showcase Blog Hop. The projects they share each month amaze and inspire me and we have more new members joining us each month!

Supplies Needed for Box:
It Starts with Art Bundle
Score Board
Trimmer
Box Bottom:  5-1/2" X 5-1/2" Thick Whisper White Cardstock- Score at 1" on all 4 sides.
Box Top"  4-9/16" X 4-9/16" Daffodil Delight Cardstock - Score at 1/2" on all 4 sides.
3-1/4" X 3-1/4" Whisper White Cardstock
1" X  6" Strip of Bright color or foil
Scrap of Whisper White (big enough to punch out a 1-1/2" circle)
Scrap of Bright color or foil  (big enough to punch out a 1-3/4" circle- I used Gorgeous Grape)
1-1/2" Circle Punch
1-3/4" Circle Pinch
6 coffee Filters
6 Bright colored Ink pads-(I used Bermuda Bay, Gorgeous Grape, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, Pacific Point).
Liquid Glue or your choice of strong adhesive.

Video Tutorial

Box Instructions:
1.  Fold and Burnish box bottom and top. Cut as instructed in the video tutorial. Using liquid glue assemble corners of box top and bottom.
2.  Scrunch up all 6 coffee filters, open up and scrunch again.Dab each filter into it's own color ink pad and pounce onto 3-1/4" Whisper White Square so you have all 6 colors represented.
3.  Stamp Sentiment on scrap of whisper white in gorgeous grape, punch with smaller punch.
4. Punch Gorgeous Grape 1-3/4" circle.
5. Die Cut Edgelit in gold foil or any ink color used above.
6.  Adhere colored 3-1/4" square to top of box, glue sentiment to 1-3/4" circle and then glue onto top of box in the center. cut your edgelit in half, round both edges and glue above and below sentiment.

Supplies needed for cards:
It starts with Art Bundle
6 each 3" X 6" Daffodil Delight Cardstock- Score at 3".
6 each 2-3/4" X  2-3/4" Whisper White Cardstock.
4" X  6" Whisper White Cardstock.
4" X  6" Gorgeous Grape Cardstock
1-1/2" Circle Punch
1-3/4" Circle Punch
6 Coffee Filters
Ink pads- Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, Pacific Point.
3 each scraps at least 1" X  6" In Brights Color Family.
6 each 3" X  3" Envelopes.

Instructions for Cards:
1.  Fold and burnish all daffodil delight card bases.
2. Scrunch coffee filters into a ball, open back up and scrunch back into a ball. Use one filter for each ink color.
3. Smoosh coffee filter ball in one color at a time and pounce a little of each color onto 2-3/4" Whisper White squares and envelope flaps until you have used all 6 colors on both cards fronts and envelopes. Adhere to card base.
4. Stamp sentiment on 4" X  6" Whisper white and punch with 1-1/2" circle punch- 6 times.
5. Punch 6 Gorgeous Grape circles with 1-3/4" Circle Punch.
6. Glue sentiment onto gorgeous grape circle and adhere to center of card.
7. Die cut 3 edgelits in Brights Color Family- cut all in half  so you have 6 total. Adhere each to front of card.
