Triple Layer Southern Serenade Card

Today's card is using the gorgeous Southern Serenade Stamp Set from the 2018 Occasions Catalog which is good through May 31, 2018. I think this is such a pretty and elegant card with lace and flowers done in pink and gray tones. A perfect Birthday card for a special friend.

Southern Serenade Stamp Set

 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Blushing Bride CS

5 1/4" X 4" Whisper White CS

4 1/2" X 3 1/4" Blushing Bride CS

4 1/4" X 3" Whisper White CS

3 1/2" X 2 1/4" Blushing Bride CS

3 1/4" X 2" Whisper White CS
Memento Black Ink Pad

Pink Pirouette Stamping Blends Combo Pack

Old Olive Stamping Blends Combo Pack

2 way glue pen

Adhesive of choice

Directions:

1.  Run 2 small lines of 2 way glue across the 2 larger whisper white pieces, Let dry.
2.  Stamp sentiment on smallest Piece of whisper white.
3. Layer your 3 whisper white pieces together being careful to center them.
4. Stamp your images all around the whisper white cs using Memento Black Ink Pad.
5. Color and shade your stamped images with Stampin Blends.
6. Separate all 3 and lay them down the correct way up.
7. Adhere both smaller stamped pieces onto blushing bride cs, then adhere those to the larger white stamped image centering all carefully
8. Apply to card base.
9. Stamp inside sentiment if desired

(If you would like to decorate the envelope. I took a strip of whisper white 6" X 3" enough to cover the flap of the envelope and stamped and colored the same as the card. Adhered to the flap with fast fuse, then trimmed off the excess)

Instructions:

1.  Cut a 1/2" Strip off Daffodil Delight card front. (Save this for step 6)

2.  Using the 2 1/4" Circle Die cut from above card front.

3.  Emboss with Scattered Sequins Folder.

4. Using the calypso coral piece of card die cut with 2 1/4" Layering circle and the larger scalloped circle to get your frame piece.

5. Cut off a 5/8" X 5 1/2" off calypso coral card piece.

6.  Stamp Happy Birthday on saved strip of Daffodil Delight, trim down

7.  Adhere HB to calypso coral piece from step 5, trim down

8.  Adhere both pieces above to whisper white scrap, trim down

9.  Mark lightly with pencil the top and bottom of card circle, Stamp Panda between both marks and then erase pencil marks

10. Color pandas hat with Light Calypso Coral Stamping Blend Marker.

11.  Glue frame die cut on front of card.

12.  Glue sentiment on card front.

13.  Add gems if desired

If desired add clear wink of stella to sequined embossing on front of card or make your own glimmer spray and spray after you have embossed with sequined embossing folder.

To make your own glimmer spray.

Empty 2 oz spray bottle

1 Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush

Alcohol

UnscrewWink of Stella to open and empty whole thing including ball-bearing into 2oz spray bottle, fill with 2/3rd alcohol and top up with water.

Shake well before using. A little goes a long way...

Apron of Love Bundle with Brusho

What a cute set this is!  I made this card for a joint Pampered Chef and Stampin Up event "Make and Take". I thought it would be a cute reminder for everyone, not only with the cooking utensils in the pocket but the Stampin Up logo. I cut the logos from product bags but they also have 2 labels on each grid paper I use for classes and video's which fit on the large pocket of the apron.You could make invitations to a BBQ or make the card as a painters apron with splatters of color on it etc.. Thinking of You 3 Panel Card

I cased this card from my Upline Connie who did a Facebook Live back in November 2017 and I thought it would be very pretty in this Painted with Love designer Series Paper from the 2018 Occasions Catalog. March 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit

2  note cards (crumb cake or fresh fig)

Score both note cards at 1 3/4" and then re-score at 3 1/2"

Cut off a 1" strip on the long side only on one card.(You will have a strip 1" X 7")

1 envelope (Cut off scalloped top and sides then cut in half in the middle.

Make 2 strips from the envelope pieces 1 5/8" X 4 7/8"

Flowers and leaves to decorate card

Glue, adhesive, dimesionals, snips

Pearls

Instructions: * FOLLOW STEP #5 WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS, (I made a mistake on the video by adhering the  1" strip down first) 

1.  Score both your note cards.

2.  Take one of them and cut off a 1" strip to equal 1" X 7"

3.  Fold your card in half and crease with bone folder,  fold the front 1 5/8" of your card backwards to the crease. You now have a "Z" shape.

4.  Adhere one of the 1 5/8" strips to the center panel down (inside on left) .

*5. Fussy cut large flower to fit inside card front, sponge with early espresso and adhere. Sponge the whole section after you have the flower on.

6. Now Stamp on the 1" strip on the last 1 3/4" section (if desired). Adhere your one inch strip to the bottom (the 3 1/2" section glue onto the 1st front panel then the last   1 3/4" over on the right on top of flower. Burnish with bone folder to make nice crisp creases. (watch video).

7. Adhere your last 1 5/8" panel onto your card front.

8. Decorate with flowers and stamped sentiment as desired.

Apply brads and circles to envelope, write message on back of card (you can add a white piece of card stock to back of the darker fresh fig card to write on).Insert card into envelope. Wrap the twine under and around both circles to close
