Paper Pumpkin Alternative November 2018

TO YOU AND YOURS

Yipeee, my Paper Pumpkin finally arrived and this November Kit "To you and Yours" is gorgeous. I just love the cards as the kit is intended and it makes 10 with matching envelopes too. but...... you know we have to test our creativity lol, so here are some alternates for you. All the products used are listed below. If you need anything just click on the picture and it will take you to my store.  If you have never subscribed to Paper Pumpkin you should :)! It's like buying yourself a secret present every month and waiting for the surprise to come in the mail so you can tear into it haha...The kits are complete and in your first month they even give you a block to use and keep for future kits, about all you need really is a pair of snips to cut ribbon most times. Amazing deal for around $20 a month where else can you buy all these products (glue dots, dimensionals, embellishments, ink and enough of everything else to complete that months project. There's always some left.

I cut the plaid to 1 1/4" square. I used the 2 card fronts in the kit, part of the inside of the envelope and some cardstock i had leftover from last year.

 I think this one is pretty, only thing i used not in the kit was a small piece of ribbon and a piece of gold foil but if you do have any questions feel free to contact me.

 In this i used a piece of burlap ribbon and a tiny 1/4" wide strip of gold foil

Timeless Tidings Project Kit

What a stunning project kit! This kit is amazing and for only $20. you can make 20 handmade cards. (This is a project kit and additional supplies are needed and i have listed those below). How about a Christmas Card get together with friends or co-workers and have some fun making memories and these gorgeous cards. Rolo's HO HO HO Holder

It has been a while since my last video, life happens and then trying to figure out how to load video's and rotate now that i can't do it on YouTube just truly frustrated me. But enough of letting frustrations beat me...here I am once more. I hope you enjoy the tutorial for the  Ho Ho Ho Rolo's. It is a really inexpensive little stocking Stuffer or small gift for co-workers, service people, neighbors etc and 1 bag of Rolo's makes a BUNCH!

Below are the Supplies & Measurements
Layering Alphabet Dies (letter h)
4 1/8" X  6 1/4" Real Red Cardstock
2 1/8" X 2 1/5" Real Red Cardstock4" X 1 1/4" 
Any Christmas DSP (or scraps to cut 3 "h's"
2 1/4" X 1" Any Christmas DSP
Liquid Glue, Glue Dots & Tear & Tape
1" Circle punch 
Stapler
1 - 2" X  8" Bag
Ruler & Pen

VIDEO TUTORIAL

Sorry the video went wrong...stopped playing at 4:23 and it was over 10 minutes. I will try and do another one soon. I watched this one all the way through so this should be good.

Instructions 

1.  Score CS at  3/8", 1 7/8", 2 1/4", & 3 3/4".
2.  Mark with pen at 1 1/2", 3 1/2" and 5 1/2".
3.  Punch out a 1" circle guide on a sticky backed notepad or paper and add 2 way glue on back
4.  Center the paper circle guide above your marks and punch  your 3 circles out.
5.  Add tear and tape to edge.
5.  Die cut 3 letter h's from Christmas DSP, glue next to your 1" holes.
6. Add a glue dot if desired to the bottom of Rolo's and place in holes.
7. Insert into bag.
8. Fold in half and burnish Real Red Bag topper, glue 2 1/4" X 1" DSP on top .
9. Staple topper to top of bag, add ribbon or other embellishments if you want.
10. Send me a photo of your project!
