Party Pandas Spinner Card

Let me put my 4 cents worth in lol...I used 4 cents for weights on the spinner card...the Panda's are getting dizzy...(sing along ...I'm so dizzy my head is spinning........) This would make an adorable card for a child's birthday or even just put a backing on the very vanilla card front and fill out for a party invitation on the back and each child would have a spinner to play with.
