A Stamping Nana's Blog: One Sheet Wonder Beautiful Promenade #3 in Series

I decided to try a "One Sheet Wonder" sort of.... I basically hand stamped my own Designer Series Paper by stamping the flowers and leaves from the Beautiful Promenade Stamp Set in Petal Pink, Sahara Sand and Pear Pizzazz. I just really love light, pastel colors. I used an 8 1/2" X 11" Very Vanilla Cardstock plus Petal Pink Cardstock for backings and card bases. Added in some Framelit Dies, Punches, Tufted Embossing Folder and embellishments... and that's it! If you like you could stamp an image or sentiment on the inside and decorate the envelopes for a beautifully coordinating gift set. I did five cards in the video and I have a couple more to add to this blog post for the 3rd video in my series on the Petal Promenade Suite.

I cut the 8 1/2" X 11" Cardstock as follows but I cut some pieces smaller than pattern...These measurements are just an idea to follow...Have fun. some

Card #1

8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Petal Pink Cardstock Card Base

4" X 5 1/4" Very Vanilla Cardstock (= Card Front - Use Tufted Embossing Folder on it)

One Diagonal Cut Piece from your DSP

One diagonal cut Petal Pink Cardstock (Slightly larger than DSP) also cut one scalloped circle from the middle.

Scrap of very vanilla - cutor punch oval and stamp sentiment to layer with scallop above

To put card together (Follow Video Instruction)

You can add ribbon and a bow across diagonally cut DSP before adhering to embossed vanilla card front if you like and gems or pearls for added bling.

Card #2

8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Petal Pink Cardstock Card Base

4" X 5 1/4" Very Vanilla Cardstock (= Card Front - Use Tufted Embossing Folder on it)

One 2" Cut Piece from your DSP

One Petal Pink Cardstock (Slightly larger than DSP)

1/2" X 3" Petal Pink Cardstock

Scrap of Very Vanilla Cardstock (Stamp Sentiment & Punch with Classic Label Punch) Glue onto strip of Petal Pink and trim to match classic label vanilla piece.

You can add ribbon or a bow to card if desired and gems or pearls for added bling.

8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Petal Pink Cardstock Card Base

4" X 5 1/4" Very Vanilla Cardstock (= Card Front - Use Tufted Embossing Folder on it)

One 2 3/4" X 4 1/4"Cut Piece from your DSP

One Petal Pink Cardstock (Slightly larger than DSP)

With Classic Label Punch - punch for sentiment (Watch video)

To put card together (Follow Video Instruction)

You can add ribbon, twine or a bow to card if desired and gems or pearls for added bling.

8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Petal Pink Cardstock Card Base

4" X 5 1/4" Very Vanilla Cardstock (= Card Front - Use Tufted Embossing Folder on it)

One 3" X 3"Cut Piece from your DSP (Using Square Stitched Shape Die cut DSP)

One Petal Pink Cardstock (Slightly larger than DSP - Using Layering Squares Die cut Scalloped edged slightly larger than DSP

3/8" X 5 1/4" Strip of Petal pink Cardstock (Stamp Sentiment on right side)

7" Very Vanilla Lace Adhere to middle and back of Very Vanilla Card Front

To put card together (Follow Video Instruction)

Add bow to card if desired and gems or pearls for added bling.

8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Petal Pink Cardstock Card Base (Use Tufted EF on front)

One Diagonal Cut Piece from your DSP

One diagonal cut Petal Pink Cardstock (Slightly larger than DSP)

Scrap of Very Vanilla Cardstock (Die cut or punch scalloped oval.

Scrap of Petal Pink Cardstock (Die Cut or punch oval and stamp sentiment to layer with scallop above. Add to center top of card with Stampin Dimensionals

18 Ribbon - Add around left side of card and tie a bow

To put card together (Follow Video Instruction)

Add gems or pearls for added bling.

8 1/2" X 5 1/2" Petal Pink Cardstock Card Base

4" X 5 1/4" Very Vanilla Cardstock (= Card Front - Use Tufted Embossing Folder on it)

One 3" X 3"Cut Piece from your DSP (Using Square Stitched Shape Die cut DSP)

One Petal Pink Cardstock (Slightly larger than DSP - Using Layering Squares Die cut Scalloped edged slightly larger than DSP and one smaller scalloped square inside ..die cut to make a frame

3/8" X 5 1/4" Strip of Petal pink Cardstock

Scrap of very vanilla and lovely label punch. Stamp sentiment in Sahara sand and add to 3/8" strip with stampin dimensonals

7" metalic petal pink ribbon (make a bow and add to the left of punched sentiment

3 petal pink pearls (place under sentiment)
