Flowing Flowers Engagement Card

I needed an engagement card or a special young friend and I loved the highland heather and Smoky Slate colors together. I used the beautiful distinktive stamp set Flowing Flowers for the floral images and the amazing Love and Happiness Stamp Set which has so many sentiments for love, marriage engagements etc.

Measurements and Supplies needed:

8-1/2" X 5-1/2" Highland Heather Cardstock

3-1/4" X 5-1/4" Smoky Slate Cardstock

3" X 5" Simply Marbelous DSP (Highland Heather)

Scrap of Smoky Slate & White Cardstock for label

Flowing Flowers Stamp Set

Love and Happiness Stamp Set

Pretty Label Punch (retired)Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush

23" Ribbon of choice.

Highland Heather Ink Pad

Faceted In Color Gems

Adhesives of choice/ Liquid Glue/Stampin' Seal

Instructions:

1. Score card base at 4-1/4" and 5", Fold and burnish.

2. Punch both labels.

3. Using Highland Heather inkpad , stamp large flower as background on front of card. On Highland Heather DSP stamp 2 flowers diagonally, Stamp partial flower on lower right inside card, Stamp sentiments on white pretty label and inside of card.Stamp flower on envelope flap if desired.

4. Cut smoky slate label in half lengthwise and adhere white leaving portion of color showing in back.

5 Adhere center of ribbon inside scored area inside, then add liquid glue and seal closed. Tie bow on front and trim

6. Add faceted in color gems.
